But there are times when fear may keep us from participating fully in life. Once we realize that fear is a state of mind, we can choose to face our fears, change our minds, and create the life we want to live.”

Suicide Prevention Month
September is National Suicide Awareness Month. It is so important for people to be aware of the risk factors that can lead to violent behavior and self harm. Loosing someone to suicide is the hardest thing that you can go through, I have had to deal with this pain and I would not wish it upon anyone.
